"We were not able to generate the label" - WEIRD Glitch!

I went to purchase and print two first class shipping labels, and got a bright red bar and those words to the effect of "unable to generate label" for each. No biggy, it happens. 

Come back a bit later to try again, and both items had moved to the 'paid and shipped' column, with each having a usps tracking number.  However, neither of the two labels show up under selling Seller Hub> Orders> Shipping labels, which means that I cannot view, void, or reprint the labels in question. 

Ideas? Suggestions? Does the building material of the wall I am hitting my head against, determine if I should go with a red or a white wine?

I done answered my own question. I looked under payments > all transactions, and the two labels in question show up as voided and the refund process started. So Ebay's automated system did catch the problem and initiated corrective measures. 

I'm off to buy two new labels. I would suggest that this thread be deleted, but I don't know if it can.

it is refreshing to see a seller actually ask a coherent question without the usual adjectives about ebay....

even interject a little light hearted humor

and then follow through with their own investigation, and find that everything is as it should be.....although this has yet to happen to me, what you did do seems like one of the resolutions I may have looked for.......
