Getting ready to auction off my five-volume set of Anne Rice books, so I first checked for previous sale prices. A set sold on Christmas Eve (good for them!) and it is now up for sale again by a different seller. Nothing strange there... it happens often! However, the current seller is using the same photos (and description) as the initial sale. Seems to me that either they got permission to do so (doubtful!), or, they know (or ARE) the same person (with a different name) who placed the winning bid in December. Sounds fishy. I hate to be nosey, but like I said, mine are going up for auction soon, and I'm curious if the "winning bid" in December was a legal bid. Am I missing something here? (Or do I think too much?!)

Or they hit "sell this item" and drove on...
