I can't send offers to watchers this morning.

I've tried many times and always get this same error message. 

This is not the same message I get when a buyer has opted out of receiving SIO. 

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Clearing my cache didn't work, but quitting and restarting my browser did work.

Try again tomorrow.  It may have just been a glitch.  That is usually what it is.

I'm having the same problem,  it's been a couple weeks now but certain things I can send offers and some won't let me, but it's only on my mobile phone, I have to get on my PC to send them.

Had to quit the browser to get it to work again.

My app seems to be working okay. The problem I was having was on my desktop.

I wonder if your app needs updating?

I cannot send the offer still.  Quit browser and rebooted.

Have you tried clearing your cache and logging out and back into eBay?
