If it wasn't for a couple things that are completely unfair my TR score would be 100%. I've never in all my 20+ years of selling on ebay had so many items go unscanned by the USPS in such a short time. Almost 2%... This is unacceptable. And for the USPS QC to fail so miserably this year and ebay still hold it against us, who have no control over it is just utterly infuriating.
That's the first major problem. Especially since EVERYTHING goes out on time and with a valid track-able label printed right from ebay.
Then the other glitch that always fouls me up. "Tracking not uploaded at all" when the same "guest" buyer buys two separate items and I combine the shipping, the system won't allow me to enter the same tracking number manually on the 2nd purchase and says "This tracking number is already used on another..." HELLO! I wouldn't be manually trying to enter it if it wasn't supposed to be there!
We used to be able to do this no problem, but now the system isn't smart enough to recognize that just because they aren't a registered ebay user THEY HAVE THE SAME NAME AND ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE! How hard is it to program this into the system??
But no, we'll get another update that moves a few things around on the seller hub page instead of something more important like the guest buyer system being able to allow combined purchases when they don't use the shopping cart and have the same address!!

You have 3 day handling it appears. Either extend handling or ship same or next day at the latest with your 3 day handling.
We know ebay is not going to change the policy or the metrics.

The system is working as it should for this. It doesn't matter that the buyer has the same name and address. Their user ID is different for each purchase, so you have to ship each one separately. That is why it won't let you add that tracking number to the other order.
I have a repeat buyer who does this all the time with a guest account. I have tried to get him to use the cart to save on shipping but to no avail. So far this year he purchased 8 items with 7 different eBay guest ID's.

If it's those eBay standard envelopes...those are 'meter mail' envelopes which tracking can be
off sometimes not showing a uploaded on time scan and probably can't put two sales in one envelope with meter tracking...there not like packages with tracking. Just a thought this might be the problem but no sure.

You just have to trick the system, select add tracking on the item you are not printing the label for, then on the other screen, print the label for the item you are shipping, as soon as you get the tracking, copy it and go to the other screen and paste the tracking. You have to be quick. I understand we shouldn't have to do this, but eBay doesn't give you any other choice.

Yeah, the ESE does have a lot of glitches and non deliveries. Not enough to make me not use it though. I save a TON of money on that shipping, not to mention I don't have to charge someone $12 for a $2 patch.
