"To create a listing, please list on the website"

For the last month i havent been able to list from my phone, i thought it was because i changed from my Iphone SE to a Huawei p20, so now i bhought an iphone again, but it still the same problem... is there any solution to this? thanks in advance!

What exactly does the error message say on your screen when you try to post?

Is your account fully set up for selling?  Does Ebay have ALL the info they require?

I just opened a business account and it won't allow me to create a listing from my phone.  I go to the website and when I try to create a listing it will open the app.  Infinite loop.

Make sure you account is set up as a Selling account.  That is different from just having an account on Ebay.  It has to be set up to sell.  Then you have to set up your payment account.

Please review the below link carefully. It contains very important information as to how Ebay needs to see the information you provide them on your account. It is likely easier to change your Ebay account to match your bank account if you find there to be a difference.
