Trying to combine 2 sales. Bulk shipping tool won't save the package size. I left it empty upon creating the listing because it wasn't large enough to matter. Any ideas on how to fix this one?

Wait and try again later or use a different shipping label provider ( paypal.com/shipnow ) then manually enter the tracking on eBay for both orders?

The retry red link does nothing. Googled this problem and found it twice, with no answer in sight. 

I will wait a bit and see if anyone has found a workable answer, otherwise yes, I'll be creating a label through paypal. 

Shipping board is dead as a door nail so I posted on this board for that reason.

I probably found the same thing you did- one thread from end of May and one from a week or so ago. The latter thread said eBay CS confirmed it's a known issue- but I'm assuming since it's intermittent they haven't solved it yet.

brian@ebay- Can you check if there was any progress made with the mentioned ticket in the below thread?

Hi @coffeebean832 & @ersatz_sobriquet, I can confirm that this is a known issue. Our developers are working to fix this, but I don't have an ETA on when this will be completed. I've added the accounts in these threads to the report. Thanks!
