I tried to print a customer's invoice and up comes "Something went wrong. We're sorry". Then they say I should go back to their homepage and try again(doesn't help). It also says "contact us". I tried but there is nothing listed that pertains to my problem. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong? TIA

Have contacted ebay, and they are aware of the issue, and have technical guys working very hard to solve the problem, please be patient guys! 🙂

Same thing here. If this is happening to sellers, then I guess it is happening to buyers also. Today will be another day without sales if they don't hurry up and get this issue fixed.
