I really like the "Repeat Buyer" tag Ebay came up with but it would be even better if it was an active link that took you to everything they have ordered from you. Anyone from Ebay reading this, please consider it.

Totally agree. It's great to have that tag, but it is disappointing that the finger arrow thing shows up when you hover over it but does nothing when clicked. I would love to see what that customer has purchased in the past.

I noticed it the other day, in a rare event that I was on the app. I wish it was on the website too because I do 90% or more of my ebay'ing on my laptop.

It’s not only when you’re in the eBay app. “Repeat buyer “is also shown in browsers as well. (PCs, laptops and mobile device browsers)
Even if your buyer is a new buyer and they buy more than one item at one time, eBay will tag them as a repeat buyer too.

I need 98 buyers to sell 100 items. For me, repeat buyers are almost non-existant. I am happy that a long awaited feature that is useful to other sellers has finally been implimented.
You can download a report from your Sold Items page or from Managed Payments. You can search for the buyer ID to see their past purchases.

I asked in the past for a zip code sort on the Manage orders page so I could see repeat buyers.

It helps to have a dedicated email account at Google or elsewhere to receive all your messages from Ebay. You an easily search by user name to find what was purchased by someone. I usually keep several years worth of such data.

I'm not eBooks but it looks like this on my orders (seller hub):
Sometimes my repeat buyers are what keep me afloat - I've had days where all of my orders are from my wonderful regulars. I pretty much always remember, even if they haven't purchased from me in a year, but it's nice to have this double-check just to make sure.

Ah found it, thank you! For some reason I never go to that page to look at my sold's, tend to go to the one in my overview instead. I don't know why, just fewer clicks I guess.

last year I had 235 repeat buyers purchase 1000 watches from me
I use this every day I have auctions end..
a quick glance at your buyers feedback will show you what they purchased recently and jog your memory
in my case I only sell watches and related items so I know pretty much what they already bought from me in the past

Certainly
The top 2 are a new buyer that bought 2 of the same item one at a time.
The second is a repeat buyer buys every few months. This is on my PC .

@gurlcat It's also in my overview, I just don't have any repeat buyers there at this moment.

Hmm, my auction's winner from just tonight is a repeater, shows only on the Orders page, not the Overview one.

Must be one of those 'experiences' eBay delivers - maybe the 'repeat buyer' is being rolled out in different formats to different people.
