On the left side of the "My eBay: Sold" page there's a summary of sales totals. The last section shows total payments for "Received" and "Not Received". Mine shows $10 as not received, but I can't figure out where it's getting that from - I don't sell a ton of stuff and as far as I can tell I don't have anything outstanding. I've looked through all my completed auctions and they all seem to show "Payment received".
Is there any way to see where it's getting that number? I can't find any details anywhere. I know $10 isn't a big deal, but I'm more curious than anything. Plus it's bugging me 😄
Thanks!

Could be an item you refunded or buyer asked to cancel. Or, even if you refunded a partial amount for, say, a combined shipping refund, the total amount of that transaction will show as unpaid. It's odd, but that seems to be the way it works in ebay's world.

Have you cancelled any purchases? Anytime I cancel one, that amount will show up as not received until I delete it from the list.

I don't have much experience here however I would suggest you look at your PayPal account and see if it reconciles with your eBay pages.
For some time, eBay has been telling me I have messages when I don't, even after clicking the F5 Button. It's one of the little system glitches we see and live with.

OK, you got it right I think - I did a partial refund on something (long story, unjustified refund I thought but not worth arguing over $5).
Still, it would be nice if I could click on that number ("Not received") and get some detail. Since, as you say, that's "the way it work's in eBay's world"!
Thanks very much!
