Did you mean:

"I'll try to be fair: Give me my money back"

Here we go again. Calling it now, SNAD return in the making. This is why buyers need to be held to some kind of standard. Item shipped yesterday. Hasn't even made it out of my state yet.

Well, my picture seems to have mysteriously disappeared. But for everyone asking if they had the right seller, I messaged politely requesting an explanation. The response I received was as follows:

"Give me my money bak."

That's a wrap. Buyer has long history of buying used car parts and leaving negative feedback. They know exactly what they're doing.

I hope your reply was

"Give me back my stuff."

I assume that it still hasn't arrived yet. I would suggest getting the package intercepted and returned to you, after which you can then send the refund. (For USPS, cost is $14.10 "plus any applicable postage.") You are not charged if the package is not successfully intercepted.

If he does get it anyway, then respond with "Return for refund" and nothing else. He may Neg you anyway, but you might be able to get that removed. I see you have one Neg at the present time, but your response to it was perfect, so I don't doubt that you can come up with a businesslike response to this doofus if all else fails. Good luck.

If you haven't answered yet - how about "Ok. You tried. You failed"

Exactly.

Confused which seller, mixed up what day they ordered which...

I'd go the courtesy route.

"Hi, and Happy Holidays!

My records show you purchased the thingamajig on 1/2/34, paid on 2/3/45, and I shipped on 3/4/56. Your tracking number is XXXXXXX, and you can track your package at usps online blah blah blah. Enjoy your item and, again, Happy Holidays.

Your Seller"

Ugh,

I'd call Ebay now and file a report and re-call when you get whatever back.

Maybe your delightful customer service will win him over and he'll be a lamb for you?

That's exactly what I was thinking . . . they may have gotten you mixed up with another seller.
