If you are listing on ebay.ph you might want to ask your question on the community there. It also looks like you have a link for live help there. I don't know how many people here on the US site would be familiar with the format that you are using.

This has been an issue going on in the eBay API for awhile, and I have reported it several times.
Basically the shipping details of your product have been lost.
What I mean by this, it does not mean you have "No Returns". It means when eBay looks at your listing for shipping information, it is literally blank. Missing. Gone.
This is not possible to remove manually, revising a listing does not allow you to submit unless you have a shipping methods. It can only happen as the result of an eBay glitch.
Try using the bulk updater to revise the whole shipping/return details section and the problem should hopefully go away!

On the Sellers Hub > Listings section, you can click the checkbox to the left side of a listing, then hit the "Edit > Edit Selected" button.
This will attempt to open the regular revise screen. In the past this has sometimes worked to fix a listing.
But the reason I recommended the bulk updater, is sometimes the revise screen was bugged for us as well. In that case, select the checkbox for multiple listings. Then when you hit "Edit Selected" again, it'll give you a bulk view.
The bulk updater is a bit buggy, but has worked for us to repair this type of issue pretty consistently! So if the single revise doesn't work, you can try this one!
