Im having trouble getting listing views and sales. Please let me know if there is anything i should change or add to my listings. I have updated my listings with photos and business polices and i fell like they are pretty good but they are not selling. Here is a link to our store

Because re-furbished is basically used brought back to new specs, it is still used. I would not use stock photos, which appears to be the case. Buyers would want to see the exact unit they are buying. Also, on the lap tops, I would turn those puppies on and show a screen shot. Hope this helps.

I sell some computer tech and also from time to time a laptop or PC. I agree with the above - get rid of the stock photos, and show that with the screen actually showing, plus a photo of the keyboard.
Once I had a new in box router for sale - I sold it as 'open box', which it was (I'd opened it), but instead of just showing a stock photo of the box and nothing else, as most of the big electronics sellers were doing, and the smaller sellers selling used and open box, I displayed the contents of the box and the actual box. Little small thing, you'd think, but despite there being a load of these routers on sale by the big sellers, mine was the one that sold, AND for slightly more. I think there was an element of trust in that, seeing everything and having a good description. Similar with my refurbished peripherals. I think that's really important in electronics.
You have great stuff and attractive prices - I'm bookmarking your store as I could use a good refurbed laptop (if I ever finish paying off these danged vet bills).
