"ERROR Creating Label: Label could not be generated. Internal error. " Can't ship items!!

So I have been having this ERROR problem for a while now with the new label printing/shipping. I would go to ship,, only some of my item would get this error and would not allow me to ship. Ebay used to have an option to 'Use Classic Label Printing". I would have to switch to the old version and that would allow me to print the label. Now, Ebay has removed the 'Classic Label Printing" option... So I now have items that need shipped and I keep getting this error. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Anyone else have this issue or is only me??

Hi everyone! We’re aware some customers are experiencing difficulty in utilizing certain site features (printing labels, uploading images, member to member messages). We’re working urgently to address this issue as soon as possible. 

The shipping label work around mentioned by some members in this thread does appear to work. Thanks to all who shared that information for other members!

Guys I think I've figured this out. Sometimes the buyers address is misspelled, or their zip code is wrong. I usually use maps on my phone and type in the buyers address to see if it actually shows up or I shoot the buyer a message to confirm their details. As for the possible Zip Code error, you can also run a quick Google search to find out if its correct or you can just remove the last 4 digits of it. This worked for me. For example, 85392-1921, just click edit on the label printing page and take out the -1921

It got resolved the next day. Used my cell phone and printed my labels that way. Worked for me but not for everyone. Worth a try ☺

I had this issue this morning trying to ship to NJ.  I went to bulk mailing and that worked for me.  I was looking for the classic view, couldn't find it.  Bulk - for one item!  But it worked.

Any new work around options here? 

We cannot gain any discounts using PayPal shipping.  FedEx is dead in the water for us.  When we compare pricing on some of our items, there are major differentials between USPS and FedEx, so we are forced to use USPS.  This is not fair - why can't this get resolved? 

The back_to_classic work around has not been successful for us in weeks.
