"ERROR Creating Label: Label could not be generated. Internal error. " Can't ship items!!

So I have been having this ERROR problem for a while now with the new label printing/shipping. I would go to ship,, only some of my item would get this error and would not allow me to ship. Ebay used to have an option to 'Use Classic Label Printing". I would have to switch to the old version and that would allow me to print the label. Now, Ebay has removed the 'Classic Label Printing" option... So I now have items that need shipped and I keep getting this error. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Anyone else have this issue or is only me??

I called eBay Support  (3) Different times Yesterday  Nov 19,(am /noon and 8 pm )all gave different reply . Asking me did you try  different browser, different computer, used the app.  Also received scripted reply "no one else has reported this problem" In the end  8 pm I was told it is a glitch that this has been on going. He kindly said I will will report your  problem. to our tech team . I was told to take package to Fedex since I can't print an eBay Label and pay the extra cost or contact your buyer and ask the to pay more for the shipping or cancel the order.  Peter the rep I spoke to at 8 am actually told me the discount shipping is a courtesy from ebay and they do not have to offer it then hung up on me. The problem is clear eBay pulled this "UPGRADE" in the 4 quarter, did not do a trial run FIRST,  and have not been transparent in any way of what has happened or what they are doing about it.

I called ebay Monday Dec, 2nd 2019 and they said it will be corrected in 24 hours ...well 24 hours later, still nothing. I am pulling my sales.

I too have been in limbo the best answer they gave me as well as the one they gave you was purchase the shipping yourself out of pocket direct from ebay i was told you can link a fedex account to your ebay account and get the same prices otherwise you pay at least double the cost on ebay

Solved (for me).  I had to edit the Ship To address.  They had the company name and Attn (name) on the same line.  I changed 'Street' to 'St', put 'Attn (name)' on the first line, company name on the second line, and it created the label no problem.  Hope this helps.

This happened to me when I used the app. I went into email and followed steps. Worked fine
