Due to an important family issue it will be necessary to be away up to 2 or 3 months hundreds of miles from my home.What is the best way to take my listings and put them on temporary hold without deleted them.Can you just end the listing then relist when you can service the customer again? Thank You

You can put them on hold for I believe up to 3 months.

If you use the Out Of Stock option, you can set the quantity to 0 and the listings will keep relisting while you are away.
When you come back, reset to quantities to their previous quantity.
In Seller Hub, you can sort by quantity to discover all your listings that have more than a quantity of 1. You will need to make note of those.

This ^^^^^, I've used this method several times, listings will renew 5 times at zero quantity and then on the 6th renewal eBay will end them (they will then be available in ended not sold for another 90 days).

Time Away is only good for 30 days, you can turn it off early (day 29) and restart Time Away for another 30 days but if you miss your listings go live and you might make some sales.
This is why the Out Of Stock option is preferable for periods longer than 30 days, set once and forget.
