I have a shipment that has not been received and presumed lost since buyer is 800 miles away and still has not received with no tracking updates for 6 days.The buyer is willing to wait longer but if it is lost is there seller protection ?

I have found nothing here in policies where it tells you about ended items and how long they can stay ended before possibly be deleted.There are members that say 90 day limit but where does it say that in their policies?

Why are cancellations counted as sales? A customer cancelled an order minutes after buying and I will refund so should this be counted as a sale?Thanks for your input.
