publishing the second listing

Hello eBay community,

I recently started selling on eBay. I wish to publish my second listing.

I want to know whether there's a specific time period I have to wait to publish the second listing after publishing the first listing.

Can anyone help me in this?

There is no "waiting" period, you can list as many listings as your listing limits will allow.

You may have some restrictions on the number and /or value of your listings.

For example, when I opened a new account last year, I was allowed up to 10 listings with a total value (as Fixed Price) of $500 or as Auctions of $200.

After 30 days, I phoned customer support and they looked at my other accounts and raised those numbers to 500 listings and$10,000. Much more than I requested.

If I had listed  one $500 item, that would use up all my allotment.

If I had listed 10 one dollar items that would use up all my allotment.

In neither case, could I have listed more even if I sold something. My allotment was used.

Worse, if a transaction fell through, I had still used my allotment.
