problem with item for 1400usd maybe someone help me

hi i sold nba card for 1400usd to buyer in taiwan tracking CJ300331884US on usps site last step is 24 february on site like 17trck last step is 10 march (export to china)

 

problem is that buyer contact with ebay and claim refund when item is on transit can someone tell me what should i do? we exchange like 30 messages in this case and buyer want money, so what now? we agree after payment i will send him fedex but it was problem with adress, his adress is "yinnge district new taipei city" and fedex  cant found this adress in system so item was sent via usps priority, apperently buyer go to this site 2 days ago and told me in city i should pick "yinnge ko" and thats ok, i mean how the hell i could know that? so there are 2 ways at this moment

 

1. buyer will get his refund and in week or two he receive his delivery item, cause he obvious cant stop it and what then? seriously what then? i have my card in taiwan and no money so what i can do?

2. buyer didnt get his refund and wait

 

im asking experienced sellers, what do you think about that, yes thats true that delivery have big delay, usps claim their priority should be deliver in 10 working days so it is what it is, its not my fault or buyer fault
