Does anyone have a number to contact Ebay Corporate office? You can never get anyone in the US anymore. It always send you to over seas. Ebay would rather hire slave labor rathe than employee people from the state and give better costumer service. The agents overseas can't even transfer you to the States stating it is procedure for them not to. Either that or they just don't want to. Now I get why Paypal cut ties with them last year. With losy service I hope that everyone starts buying more from Amazon and Ebay can fall and fail.

Hi, you might also be able to reach someone who can help you thru eBay's Facebook page or their Twitter.

That would only help if you DO have a Facebook account, right? What about those who do not have FB or Twitter accounts? I, too, have an urgent question and there seems to be no way of contacting eBay via email or live chat. Hm.
I thought there was another thread the other say, where somebody from eBay said there is a way to email them, but cannot locate that post.

Hi @prettywoman-2012 . I'm not a tech guru by any stretch, but it is possible to visit both Facebook and Twitter without an account with them.
On Facebook, a visitor can view everything that is public. Some users have their Facebook info set to private that restricts readership, but I doubt eBay would have enabled that feature. https://www.facebook.com/ebay/
Same with Twitter. Any content not marked private can be accessed. To go to go to eBay's feed, use this link: www.twitter.com/eBay
Once on the sites, there are instructions explaining how to contact them.
