I try to stay on top of doing all feedback in a very conscientious way but I am constantly seeing leave feedback for items I have already done. This time it was for the whole last 2 weeks. This occurs with both of my stores. It is so irritating now that feedback has to be given individually I don't have my accounts set up for automatic feedback because I like to individually leave each messages that pertain to them such as great communication. I no longer am even given a choice of feedback I was previously able to do. Anything to make a seller's job more difficult.

Actually, I only leave feedback when I receive it from my customers. I have no idea that they are satisfied until I receive it.

OP, this is the first I have read of this and possibly it is a glitch.
You can report this on the Tech Issues Board, which is monitored by Ebay employees.
Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

I really wish they would give up on this and roll the FB page back to the way it was before.
But then again they probably won't as it actually worked.
Well, you have been good...so you might just get your wish!

As a Buyer, I leave FB as soon as I receive my item (after a quick examination), and as a Seller, I leave FB when received as @odditiesandantiquities1 stated. I've been that way for years and the only thing that would change is when I am a buyer only, but still leaving for my seller(s) upon receipt and examination. Not just here on eBay but on all the sites that I buy/sell on.
Buyers feel the need to be "stoked," i.e., "blah blah blah, but I have 100% feedback" which IMHO, means nothing as that is all that they can receive

Yeah right lol
The new FB page doesn't even have the items in chronological order.

When you leave feedback from the bulk orders page in the Overview area, you can do them in bulk and the pre-set feedbacks that were in the old version transferred to the new tool. In the Overview page, go to 'all orders', then click an 'action' box or boxes of the ones you want to leave feedback for and the blue outlined box that says 'leave feedback' appears and has all the previously stored feedbacks there. This is very similar to the old bulk feedback method.

Evening,
I am certain that ebay never fully embraces complete change because it is much better to have a system they can fall back on, make retroactive, as a "new" tool to "Clean Up" their supposed bad sellers.
(remember there are no bad buyers currently on ebay, gotta stay with the talking points folks)
Over the last 5 years I have seen so many changes that were not really changes because later on those metrics come back into play that supposedly were done away with.
Who knows, some day they may decide again that feedback and DSR's are the way to go to, having the system around benefits that possibility.

I don’t think the OP asked anyone for their opinion about when to leave feedback. She was asking about a technical issue.
I think the OP should continue to leave feedback whenever she wants. Sshe seems to see the benefit of free marketing that makes her buyers happy
For what it’s worth most buyers on EBay would only have positive feedback anyway so for them nothing has changed.
