my account was placed on a 3 day suspension because of policy V.

my license plates are clearly marked with the expiration date: these colorado plates show a date of May,2006,which is clearly 3 years and older! the Ebay reviewer of my listing needs to be educated on this matter. There are other license plates listed on ebay that do NOT have a date tag,and they could be newer than 3 years old. please look into this issue, changes need to be made, thank you!

It's like speeders. You got pulled over and the other speeders are getting away.

The OP is saying they were not speeding.

These are peer boards, buyers and sellers, so we can't make any changes to policy nor make any suggestions to eBay.

If the eBay cop said their plate looks like it's a currently issued plate or resembles one it's not allowed. A plate that's only three years old probably hasn't been replaced with a newer version.

Were the registration stickers still on them? Apparently with CO- they must be removed to sell?

Also, even though they can be over 3 years, they cannot look like the current plates.

It's been an ongoing complaint of mine - eBay is within their rights to determine what they do not allow to be listed on their site, but enforce those rules uniformly. This isn't the same as speeding, where it takes someone seeing it happen - eBay has the programming capabilities to find the listings, they just choose not to. Angering the sellers who get their hands slapped while other listings and sellers continue without punishment.

There is a particular product that was removed from my listings. I make it my mission each morning to report every new listing that has that product, chart how long it takes and whether it takes multiple requests for it to be removed, plus the offending seller. It's the kind of data you have to have if you're going to make a huge stink about it. It was initially somewhat time consuming, but now it takes only a couple minutes a day if that.

All I'm referring to is their comment  others should also be looked

into,,,,,eBay doesn't have enough cops to catch all the offenders.

They got caught and meanwhile others are getting away, that's all. Even if you are right once a listing is pulled you shouldn't relist it. Just report the others that are doing the same thing. That's all you can do.
