How do I have a buyer pay cash at pickup, without getting email from ebay saying that is not allowed and that they will charge me? Do i get cash and then cancel order?

You owe ebay fees whether the buyer pays via paypal or cash on pickup. Just put in the item description that payment will be in cash upon pickup and collect cash when the buyer picks the item up.

Hi, you need to set up the listing for local pickup prior to putting it up on ebay, You may have to use the Advanced Listing tool to get the Local Pickup Option under the Shipping section, and be sure to put the blurb highlighted below in the description. Cash on pickup is then allowed. There is no option for not paying the Final Value fees which are due as with any ebay sale.

"Payment upon pickup

If you offer payment upon pickup, you'll also need to offer one of the approved electronic methods, and may include this statement in your listing: "Contact me for payment methods to pay on pickup."
