How do I have a buyer pay cash at pickup, without getting email from ebay saying that is not allowed and that they will charge me? Do i get cash and then cancel order?

Sold a pickup only item on 6-3-17. Buyer has paid, but not picked up. No response to emails. Reported to ebay, no response. What do I do?
