I don't see any listings on the ID you posted on.  You have to list to get sales.

All those Neutrals and Negative feedbacks don't inspire confidence in buyers.

If you don't ship to the US, we can't see your listings.

Have a great day.

@aussieallstore We can't see your listings probably because you don't ship to the United States.

You've posted on eBay.com USA

You need to go to https://community.ebay.com.au

To improve your seller performance I suggest you ship your items in a timely fashion.

Something tells me you are drop shipping which is never a wise business move.

@aussieallstore

You will have to work your way out of below standard as your selling defects fall off a year after earning them.

Do not allow eBay to refund in your behalf and do not cancel any orders. In other words,  do not continue with the same mistakes.

Your feedback shows you have had some real problems shipping on time.  The first thing IMHO is to get your procedures down and make sure you always ship within you stated handling time.

It is likely there is good reason you are Below Standard.  But you must first find out what that reason is before you can come up with a game plan to work yourself out of the Below Standard status.

Is it that you got in trouble with the Service Metrics with with INADs or INRs.

https://www.ebay.com/sh/performance/service-metrics

Or did you get in trouble with Defects on your Seller Hub.

https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard?region=au

Look at both screens carefully and find out what Ebay is saying is too high.  Come back and tell us what you are seeing and then we can further assist you.  But you have to know and understand what got you here before you can figure out how to work yourself out of it.

Drop shipping, then canceling transactions is a path to disaster.

Looking at your feedback and items listed I am 100 percent certain that you are drop shipping. Identical listings and photos to many other sellers with the same items. That all came from somewhere, I hope you didn't pay for some program.

Drop shipping doesn't really work, that is why you are having problems and your account is below standard.

Remember, if you can dropship then someone in a 3rd world country with a cell phone can do it too, and they don't need to make nearly as much money as you do to live, so the profit margins quickly go to near zero, if not negative.

The reason that the profits can go negative is that you will be competing against drop shippers paying for their orders with stolen credit card numbers. They can sell the item at what looks like a dead loss because they are charging their expense to someone else's card.
