paypal limited access

First off Paypal is a criminal  operation. 

I went to print a shipping label on eBay and it brought up  a popup that redirected to my paypal account. after about a 20 seconds of redirects in the popup  window I received a message from paypal that my account was locked down to limited access. Now I cant get my funds. Now I cant sell on ebay. ebay told me to contact paypal and visa versa. NO help  either way.

So all you've sold is the silver coin? Did you have any other listings?

Have you had buyer complaints or concerns or contact or cases filed with any of the other items you've sold? It appears you've had a total of five sales and have received feedback for one of them. Any problems with the other four sales that you're aware of? Have those buyers received their purchases?

Are you staying within your limits on Pay Pal?

If the account was locked due to too many login tries (?) at the dialog,

then it will open back up after some hours have passed.
