payment reminders

it may just be me but i was quite shocked to receive a payment reminder when;

A; the item i had made an offer on was not out of the 24 hour time period

B: payment reminder immediately sent by seller (not by ebay)

C: felt threatened to pay

Respectfully, how could either of those mentioned things "get in the way of immediate payments?

Sellers don't like waiting to be paid and have every right to send a reminder, especially when it is recommended that you pay right after you accept the offer.  That way they can package your item, get it in the mail and hopefully come through with a positive transaction.
