I recently began selling some items on eBay. Everything went smoothly until this last week. I received an updated credit card, the same one that is linked to my account. The only things that changed were the "good thru" date and the security code on the back of the card. I updated this information on my eBay account and have since tried desperately to ship two items using the print shipping label option through eBay. The only options I'm given is to use my pending payouts (which there isn't enough $ to use this option) or your saved PayPal Account. I have my PayPal Account linked to eBay, however when I click this option it fails to go through saying, "we were not able to take the payment." I would prefer these shipping costs to go directly through my checking account, but that isn't one of the choices that are listed. I have changed my account info to reflect to first take the money out of my checking or to second use my debit/credit card. I have literally gotten on everything that I can and have made changes repeatedly but nothing seems to correct this issue. Help! Using the "pending payouts" choice I was able to get one of my shipping labels printed, but now I am trying to get my other one printed to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks!
