8-1-24  STILL LOSING PACKAGES!!!!!

Most of our packages go through there since we're local, so they're outbound through that facility.  No issues here.

You should contact USPS directly.  They have a link where you can post your issues.  In most cases the Postal Manager will call you back.  It's worked for me in the past as there are days that I don't have mail delivery for 2-3 days a week.  Reach out to them.  They can help.

Yep, if a package happens to end up at this PO, it's either lost, damaged or delayed for a min. of 4 days
