okay this switch over has stopped all sales!! I wasn't even in the group that was told to switch. I was told nothing would happen to my account. Now going on 36 hours without a sale, very odd. I got a feeling this is going to be a nightmare

I predicted this as any change that I have had to go through with ebay turns into a disaster. I am going over 48 hours without a sale. I can't remember if that has ever had that happen in 15 years. The site is really slow and I am getting all kinds of weird messages like Try again later, we are having a problem. Typical

same, my sales stopped 5 days ago on all listings except 1 and has remained to sales only on that one item. I had some weird thing happen where I went to change a price on a listing via seller hub and when I hit enter i got a message saying "the listing doesn't exist" I then clicked on the listing and got same message, then clicked on 15 or so and same thing. I then logged out and back in and everything seemed to be there. But noticed over the next 2 days none of my items were getting any more views/watchers. I called ebay and they said everything looked ok and refreshed my store. I am getting views again now but still no sales on anything except that one item...and no sale in 24 hrs now. I got mail last week that I'll be active in MP between 18th-24th. I also made more this month in sales then ever before on ebay and ebay owes me money as I over paid on amount due and today is 15th last day of my invoice in which as said, ebay owes me and can't collect this month from me for fees or store subscription. This is the reward I get, cut off? idk...but it's pretty fishy to me.

I have been getting sales on BIN items that the payment is pending and I have to send an invoice even tough I have my BIN items at payment required at point of sale.

So not just me? Logged into seller hub to see what is going on. Sales dropped suddenly on the 10th. Slow since then. Then today have had one sale. Usually sell 30-50 items a day. Wonder what is going on?

My condolences. Have been very busy at my job so I could not switch over myself. Please keep us posted as far as your Sales go.
Good Luck.

I don't think it has anything to do with the switch over, especially if you're not included in this group.
I think it has more to do with so many people being out of work and no pay checks and people not staying home like they have been.

We signed up. Sales were a little sluggish before signing up, but they've been strong since signing up.
Oh, and just in case you are wondering ... on another (low volume) account, we specifically did not sign for Managed Payments because I wanted to see what would happen ... and ... we've had more sales in the last few days that we had in the prior two months.
In other words ... there is no correlation between signing up for managed payments and sales volume.

Isn't the actual switchover towards the end of the month? I signed up both accounts 5 days ago and have noticed no difference at all. business as usual with receipts going into Paypal just like always.

I had a sale this morning (16th) it never showed up on Ebay. I went back to paypal only to see that it was refunded. So I suggest you go to paypal and view your lost sales. If you haven't signed up for managed payment not only can you not list you won't get any sales.

The usual quiet period that happens every April 15th was postponed until July 15th this year.
Tax day, Unemployment Insurance coming to an end for many soon, Covid pandemic on the rise, 50 Million unemployed.........nah none of that has anything to do with it, it must be Managed Payments which only less than 50,000 sellers are using and has zero negative impact on buyers that is the cause.

This may not be true.
I reported on here that on the date we began signup for MP, we started getting an eBay server error 10007 in our software. It states as the reason for this error, it's an error on eBay's server side and not an error on the application.
During the time we were receiving this error, traffic went extremely slow.
We had to update our software to not send shipping info, as it seems if you try to use the API function to revise our listings without shipping information.
And once we did this, no more errors, traffic returned to normal.
There was also reports of shipping information getting corrupted or duplicated when signing up for MP.
So it seems that shipping information could definitely be corrupted, just by signing up for MP without it going active.
We have logs of our software running since 2016, we've never once seen this error appear until the date we signed up for MP.

That's ironic that you mention a sale did not show up on ebay and you saw it refunded in Paypal because I just noticed the SAME THING this morning. I had a $65.00 sale post 4 different times by the same buyer for the same item and EACH sale had a strike through on it stating CANCELLED! I think there was a combined invoice notation in there as well?
I have never seen this before and I have been selling here since 2014 with over 5,000 sales. Now I did register for managed payments as I had to and did this 10 days ago. I still do not have my start date yet and I am pre-registered. So did I lose this sale because of a glitch with Managed Payments or is this a coincidence?
