offer not showing in sent folder or anywhere else

hi. a buyer messaged me asking if he could add film to a camera i have listed. i used the reply with offer feature to send him an offer for the listing plus film. i don’t see that offer in my sent folder or anywhere else. i didn’t get an email saying it has been sent. i don’t want potential customer to think i’m just not responding, as i’d love to sell some film along with the listing. is it normal for it to go through and me not being able to see anything saying it’s pending?

also, the listing has watchers and when i sent the offer a window popped up saying he had a day or two to respond. if the listing sells the offer will go away, right? i figure ebay won’t let you sell a listing twice, but who knows and i do not have two of that camera.

On My Ebay (I'm not on seller hub), right above More Actions where it normally just has Sell Similar, it now shows Review all Offers.   Then, when you click on that it takes you to the offers screen, which has a section for regular offers and separate section for email offers.

OK ... I haven't used My eBay in a very long time ... I have used Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro for a 5+ years ... and now I'm in Seller Hub ....

It's not anywhere in SH 😞

*Sigh* ... not like it would be useful  or anything 😞

Without the decline button, the seller will be blocked from editing the listing for the duration of the offer. Bummer.

Well that's crazy.   I thought SH was supposed to have everything and then some.  I sure don't remember Trinton mentioning anything about it not showing in SH when I asked on weekly chat.  I don't think I even mentioned what home page I was using.  He just told me it was there under Review all Offers.  Do you have that anywhere in SH?  Maybe you could ask him about it for SH people.

I've had that bookmarked for a while now ... I just don't think to use it ... the original reason for bookmarking it was to find "deleted" items after I accidentally hit "delete" instead of "relist" or "sell similar" on unsolds LOL (which is ANOTHER thing that both SM and SH are missing)
