hello i had a neatrual feedback. i listed a ps4 game. i had a picture of it but when buyer received the item. buyer stated the plastic was broken in half. which i advised not my issue but was damaged in shipment i tried to have ebay remove it but they said that is opinion of buyer. so i read somewhere you can put feedback in with buyer feedback i dont know is true. or should i explain it in the about me in the store?

Listing 'Like New' is dicey. You're still at 100%... I'd not worry about this one. Good luck.

Yes it is your issue.

You are responsible for getting the item to the buyer undamaged.

Buyer needs to file an INAD and get their money back.

Have a great day.

Re: nuetral feedback

Under ebay policy, the seller is in fact responsible for items damaged in shipping/transit. Generally no matter if you are responsible for an issue or not, I guarantee that telling a buyer “Not my issue” will always anger them. You’re lucky you only got a neutral and not a negative.

I don’t understand what you are asking about in the end of your post... “put feedback in with buyer feedback”? Are you asking if you can reply to the buyer feedback? If so, yes you can. If you end up doing so, I advise you do not comment with “Not my issue”.
