not able to recieve payment

my buyers say that they recieve an error message when they try to pay for an item. Its showing that tge item is sold but still awaiting payment.

Check the listing to be sure the your correct payment email address is there.......if so.......tell the buyer the need to contact ebay to find out why the payment is not going thru.......

Just noticed what you sold..................lot's of scams on this............do NOT believe an email that says it's paid.....do NOT enter into a texting with the buyer........both would be scams.

All I know is, I received payment for a sale instantly through Paypal. Now ebay takes five days to pay me!

What are they doing with OUR money? DRAWING INTEREST!
