neutral feedback

Hi,  I just received my first neutral feedback and I'm frustrated.  I cant read all that the buyer wrote - maybe he ran out of room?  Is there a way I can read all that he posted or tried to post?   Also I dont agree with what he wrote. Can someone please come along side and help me with this?  Thank you, Cindy B

Re: neutral feedback

There is a limit to the number of characters that can be left in a feedback comment (80?).  Your buyer was not able to  type more than what is shown, though he apparently had a longer comment in mind.

You might be able to work things out with him to make him happy enough to revise the feedback.

Re: neutral feedback

Send your buyer a NICE, polite and PROFESSIONAL note to see if you can find out what happened.

It sounds like they may have had to pay some postage charge to get their package.  But of course I don't know.

Re: neutral feedback

They ran out of room but they should have contacted you first before leaving a not so positive feedback.

It wont really make a difference with eBay or other customers. It’s just a neutral. It stings a little, I know but it drops off in a year.

Re: neutral feedback

Buyers are not obligated to contact a seller before leaving feedback.
