I think Ebay should look at the negative feedbacks. I have two right now . One shows that the package was delivered on time but he can not find it. This is our fault??? The second one is that the customer clearly ordered the wrong part. He says that it will not fit his Husky 372 saw. Our listing does not show it does yet he can still give us a negative feedback because he ordered the wrong part!!!.

Have you tried calling them? The doesn't fit feedback should be removable because you didn't say it WOULD fit the model they have. The delivery neg should be removable because you have tracking showing delivered.

The one you have about tracking showing delivered but they don't have it. That one you should call about. It is likely it can be removed because it is in direct conflict with the tracking information. It is certainly worth a shot.
You can try on that other one, but they may not remove that one. But it can't hurt to ask them to review it.
