What is the exact date that everything "relists" in GTC update?

Resolved! Can't revise listing that is still a 30 day duration--- Keep gettting error

Help, went to revise one of my listings that are still in the 30 day duration format. It lets me change the price but when I try to change the category I get an error message. Since it is an active listing there is no way to change the duration. UGHH...
