After years of 100% rating I got one negative feedback. Can anyone tell me how long This negative will stay on my record or when it will rotate off my record. Thanks for your info and help.

I will always be on your record, but it will not longer affect your FB percentage after one year.

BTW, what they complained of.  You should have had the tracking number on a PM package.  Did you ever look at the tracking on the package.  I know it is too late now, but this is usually a pretty simple issue to work through.

Make sure you block that buyer so they can never buy from you ever again.
