negative feedback

I got my first negative feedback from a buyer who wrote “the worst” and nothing more.

I provided tracking first class mail and even made inquiries at the post office and at the post office it should have gone to but the package cannot be found (over 2 weeks in the system).  I asked the buyer to open a case so i could refund his money ($4.30) and he refused saying he wanted his sports card which i don’t have a replacement for.  I eventually canceled his transaction and gave him a refund which prompted his feedback.  Can his feedback be removed?

Same here. Stuff happens. Once the item is in the hands of the shipper, anything could happen. I had it happen and told the seller, who gave me some info to use for my claim to the post office. The PO could never find my item, but didn't leave a neg since it wasn't the seller's fault.
