Register in Sri Lanka as a business
Get a Payoneer account.
Sign up for Managed Payments and attach your Payoneer account so you can be paid.
It'll take a few weeks to get everything approved.

Hello-

Did you link your bank account to Payoneer? Did you register your account with your country of Sri Lanka as a business? Did you obtain a business license?  Did Ebay send you an email saying that you are approved? If not, this is what you need to do.

It can take weeks to be approved from Ebay.  You cannot just decide you want to sell something and then try to sell it.  There are requirements and protocols for all sellers.  You should also consider this:

That's great.  Make sure all the info on your Ebay account is the same on your bank account that you are attaching to Payoneer.  Also a good idea to read up on policies.  What you can sell and what you cannot sell.
