hello dear ebayers
i’ve listed some items from Italy (ebay.it) and it seems even they are set to sell internationally
they are not showing up in the United States for example
i’ve an american friend who told me he can’t find my items and even my ebay user when he try to find me or some items i’ve listed…
Can you help on this issue please?
thanks in advance

I'm not seeing anything form the US yet.
How long has it been since you listed them?
What are some of the item numbers so we can look at the listings?

Ok, your listings state: ships worldwide and Turkey. I would first check "shipping preferences" under "Account Settings". Go to shipping preferences and check if you have any exclusions. Next, if Ebay sellers from Italy have business policies, check to see if you have any particular exclusions. Finally, check the individual listings, if you don't have business policies.

One more thing to add. Each of your listings state different areas you ship to. Clearly there's exclusions being applied. The question is: Are you applying these various exclusions or is Ebay?
See my previous post on checking to see if you have exclusions applied.

i’ve set the shipping price for europe and united states but i’ve not excluded the rest of the world
there is an option where you can “ say ask to the seller the shipping costs to your country”

I am seeing 23 active listings from you (mostly video games) when I switch “item location” from “default” to “worldwide.” I am unsure how the two filters differ.

this one for example

Sorry for the multiple responses, but I have found one cause of your problems.
This listing below: it does show up on Ebay.com. If you check the details on your listings, it states: "ships to United States". The other listings that are not showing up, state either: "ships World Wide or North America". Somehow, you're applying exclusions. Question: did you create these listings from scratch or sell similar from one of your listings or another seller's sold listings? If you did "sell similar" it could be the listings you used have exclusions applied. This could explain why your "ships to" are not consistent.

however the worst issue is if someone in the united states search by name one of my items it seems it can’t be found
i just did a check with a friend living in the US
he seached by name one of my items like
destiny 1 collector edition and he didn’t find my listing…
there should be a mismatch in the international sales by searching i don’t think it is a shipping related issue because in my account settings there are no exclusion world wide and that means i set every items to be shipped world wide

I can see 23 listings when searching on .com but only if I tick the Worldwide box, with the Default I see none.

think that here we don’t have that option

There is a similar filter on eBay.it
For you Predefinito = Default, of course on ebay.it your listings will show up in with the default setting.
On eBay.com some listings will appear in regular (default) setting if there is only a limited number of matches. Also some countries get there listings in the default section (Canada specifically. somewhat for the UK).
If there are lots of matches in search one would have to switch to Worldwide to see them.
