Wait, are you talking about Item Specifics not showing, or the description field? (Or both?)
Most shoppers read the description to find out details of the item listed. IS are mainly used for search parameters and fewer buyers use IS as compared to the description. Both are important, however, even if it seems redundant to repeat the info from IS (and title) into the description field.
I checked your listings on my iPhone. Like every listing on eBay, i could see the first 5 values shown on Item Specifics, and then used the side arrow to see the rest. On your descriptions, i see two lines of text and then click on “See full description” to view the entire field.
It is all there, but the buyers have to know how to view the details on any listing when they are using the app on their cell phones to shop.
