Yes, as long as your title and description identify correctly what you are selling.

There's no rule that says all items have to be from the same brand, but you should identify each brand in your title.

Yes, as long as the listing is for both items.

You could even list unrelated items.

I could create a listing for a carburetor and a woman's size 10 panties.
