First off, stop relisting them. You will be banned from selling for life if eBay keeps removing them. Just find another venue to sell them in.

If eBay doesn't want your business, other venues will. eBay is apparently telling you they don't want your coins listed here. There is no reason for them to pull them down as fake, unless they just don't want or appreciate your business.
Right?
I'm not telling you to not sell here. I am just pointing out the obvious. We pay for stores, we pay fees. If they pull my items, I sell them someplace else and never list anything like it here, again. I don't have time to play games, this is a business.

I searched Help and found the following info. I added the link if you want to read the whole article on selling coins. Ebay has changed many selling rules. We have been refurbishing Point of Service equipment for over 40 years, yet ebay has told us we can't sell as a refurbished seller anymore unless we pay to be verified. 98% of our business is with established customers, not on ebay.
- Listings for graded coins and currency must have been graded by an eBay-approved company such as NGC, PCGS, ANACS, ICG, PMG, or Legacy Currency Grading
- Listings for ungraded coins and currency or raw currency:
- Must not include a non-approved grading company, numeric grade or estimated value anywhere in the listing and can't show an image of the item in a graded holder if the image shows a grade
- Must include photos of the front and back of the actual item for sale (stock photos are not allowed)
- Must have a starting, reserve, or Buy It Now price of less than $2,500
- Listings for current, exchangeable, ungraded currency from any country worldwide cannot exceed $1,000 in value, whether in a single listing or in a combination of multiple listings
Activity that doesn't follow eBay policy could result in a range of actions including for example: administratively ending or canceling listings, hiding or demoting all listings from search results, lowering seller rating, buying or selling restrictions, and account suspension. All fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.

Contact PCGS and tell them that eBay is claiming they encapsulated a fake coin. See if they can help you out. We certainly would make sure you have proof of your claim. We would think PCGS would take action of some sort. eBay is not qualified to make those accusations against the most highly respected coin grading company in the world.

Is it possible a competitor has reported your listings as being fake?

I used to sell coins a long time ago. I understand your frustration.
Your photos are not very good. So if you are stating "BU" or "COA" or "PCGS" can you show something in your photos stating this. Plus if there is a "box" included show it. The more photos the better.
Your coins look real and don't know why they are saying they are fake. Competitors can "report" on eBay your items are fake. Past buyers can also be the problem if they were unhappy with a past purchase.

It's possible, but the general opinion is that eBay will not react to a single complainant, no matter how often that vigilante reports a possible problem.
EBay seems to react to multiple complainants with similar reports.

EBay prohibits us from posting or recommending alternatives to eBay on this forum. However you can simply google "best place to sell Morgan dollars" and you will get a lot of sites where you have various options. Some will simply buy them from you directly. I have sold several this way over the years and while they are a bit under what red book currently lists them at by the time you take out the eBay fees, risk factor and other issues with selling on eBay there is not that much difference. I have also sold a number of Morgan's on local forums which is nice since the buyer can actually look at the coin(s) before they take possession. However, I am fortunate that I live in a huge metropolitan area so I have a huge local customer base.

This person is being nice when he/she says "Your photos are not very good".
The majority of your photos in your listings are unacceptable. Lighting is poor, item is not centered in the frame, and the biggest offense is that every photo is blurry.
Example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/266199787972
There really is no excuse in this modern age to take consecutive blurry photos for listings. I buy occasional silver coins to stack and I wouldn't buy anything from your listings. If you can't take a photo that is at least in focus (I can forgive the lighting and uncentered frames), I won't do business with you.
You would have more sales if you took quality photos with good lighting and most importantly, waited for your camera to auto-focus before taking the shot. There's just no excuse for blurry photos. Your listings are ripe for "not as described" returns since your photos are terrible and the customer is relying on your subjective description.

I looked at a 2021 eagle coin and it is SO BLURRY. Nobody can tell if the coin says COPY or not. All your coin pics are blurry. I would question authenticity as well. What is the advantage of posting blurry pics. People may think something fishy might be going on there.
