messaging problem

I was offered a price for an item I am selling, but when I click accept offer, nothing happens.  I also tried to contact the person through eBay email but message won't send. Any suggestions?

are you using the app or a browser? try the browser if so. also, go to their account & make sure that their account hasnt been removed by ebay. let me know!🤗🌺

I am using Internet Explorer  browser on my personal desk top computer, and his account says that he has been a member since 2001, with 100% feedback.

Internet Explorer has been discontinued.  Try Firefox (my preference) or Chrome.

It is possible that the buyer canceled the offer?

Could the offer have expired?   If it was a gtc listing that relisted itself after the offer was given, I think that the offer would have expired.

Sorry, I meant to say I am using Microsoft Edge for my browser. I don't have problems with any other sites...........only eBay!

the offer has expired now, but it was not expired when I tried to accept it.
