It shows that i have the accept offers clicked and i have received a couple of offers but now someoone is messaging me saying that they want to make an offer and it doesnt show the option to make offer

You could always manually change the price to the person's offer.

I see you have only ONE item for sale It is in auction format and already has a bid. If you had the "make offer" feature when you started the listing, that generally goes away when the first bid is placed.
The person messaging you now will simply have to bid, since the time for offers on that listing is "over".

@crisurchiso-0 And to add to the above response. You should message them that they still can make their offer in the form of a bid. Of course you should explain to them it now is an auction, and their offer may not be the winning bid however it also may end lower than what they anticipated. YMMV
