Not directly through eBay (they're supposed to warn you if a listing is an exact duplicate, but sometimes that doesn't happen), but through ISDNTek (a third party website): https://www.isdntek.com/ebaytools/DuplicateListings.htm
Just so you know, they're not logging into your account, they're just scanning eBay for the listings with your seller name (that you provide), so it's not a security risk from my understanding of what it does. I've used it and it was helpful.

Probably, but you can do it faster by putting your listings into alphabetical order.
Then scan for duplicate titles --and pictures.
I've spotted a few dupes that were my error by watching the pictures.
I did this last week and removed two duplicates from over 1500 listings as well as half a dozen that I wanted to rethink ( sold elsewhere, spelling error in title, too cheap, deadstock etc.)
It's a useful exercise on a slow day.
BTW, the two duplicates in 1500+ lisitings was low. Usually I find half a dozen or more.

That's a neat little tool. I just ran it and it brought up two, one was different but the other one (a cassette) was a duplicate.

Piece of cake:
BUT bear in mind it will only flag EXACT 100% dupes not something that is sort of but not quite an exact dupe. I have several listings where they are for the same item but in different styles. So my titles are exactly the same almost - they say XXXXXX A and XXXXXXX B. As far as eBay is concerned those are NOT duplicates.
