I don't see that you're in Managed Payments yet. (It's required of US sellers.) Has eBay begun to migrate you into MP?

We can only guess at the problem. Did you receive a Message from eBay outlining a suspension or restriction on your account? What does your seller dashboard say?

You will need to reach out to customer service. Try their eBay for Business Facebook page. I have heard they are responsive. Good luck!

It's possible that it's a technical issue on your end. Try this:

• Log completely out of ebay.com.
• Clear all your machine's cache, browsing history, and at least the eBay cookies (or all your machine's cookies).
• Close your browser and completely shut down your machine.
• Wait a minute or two and turn your machine on again.
• Go to your home eBay platform, and log in.
• Try to perform your task again.
