listing unsold items

I can’t open my unsold items on the Seller Preference page.  I can open everything else, buying, watching, sold items, feedback, ect.  EBay says there is a problem on their end. It still has not been corrected.  Anyone else have this problem?  It seems that they changed the page to a different appearance.

Can you open it from the "My eBay" drop down menu?

I open mine through Manage Ended Listings in the seller hub. No issues. 
The only place I see selling preferences is in my account settings page, there I can only see communication preferences Shipping preferences etc.. there’s no listings ended or otherwise there, so I’m not sure what your seeing or where your actually looking at your unsold items.

All I get is the Seller Preference page, which shows 79 unsold items. It would open, just spins  forever.  I don’t have a Seller Hub as you showed me.  They updated that page I think.  They said there is a problem but no answer.

It just takes me to the Seller Preference page which shows 79 unsold items, but it won’t open. On the same page I can open the two items I recently sold.  It s on their end.

Great! They marked my question as a solved solution.  What a joke it is trying to get EBay to correct a problem.  Guess I have to call again on Monday.

Go to SELLER HUB....find LISTINGS....then click UNSOLD AND NOT RELISTED. Mine works fine.

Sign out.

Sign in.

You're on the home page.

Top right is 'my ebay'

Click on that - don't drop down the list, just click on the my ebay 'whole'

You're on the overview page

Top left below your id is 'listings'

Drop down the list and click on 'unsold'

If that doesn't get you to this page -

THEN you have a problem.

 I did all you mentioned.  Yes, I have a problem.  I been on EBay since 2000 so I know it.  They made some change where I get a Seller Preference page but not a page that’s  a Seller Hub page.  I just have call again on Monday.

Standard question - have you restarted and or cleaned out your cookies and cupcakes ... I mean caches?

And we have no idea what or where this 'Seller Preference page' is - We think it's a 'my ebay' page and not a 'seller hub' ones. We think. We also thought that you were set up to see the my ebay stuff,  but as you said you did what we said, and got to the seller hub overview page, we may have no idea what's going on.

When you hover over MY EBAY at he top of the pages does the drop down menu appear? If so, click on SELLING and you should see LISTINGS and then you should see UNSOLD LISTINGS. Or try clicking on SELL at the top of the page and in the left margin you should see UNSOLD ITEMS.

No,   I did all that. My wife even tried my account from her phone. Same thing. When I click on unsold items it just keeps loading. But when I click on items sold on the same page, no problem.

To uncheck that as the solution go to the post. In the upper right use the down arrow to see the option to mark it as "not"...........................
