Did you set up your account with Payoneer to get paid? Did you apply for a business license in your country? I don't see any prior or present sales. You've been a member here on Ebay since last June of 2022. Did Ebay approve you to sell by sending you a message via your email?
If you haven't followed thru with any of these very important steps to be a seller, you need to get it done in order to sell.

Don't try to sell anything until you are approved by both Payoneer and Ebay. Note that approval from Ebay can take up to 4 weeks. You might also want to sign up for the Ebay academy while you wait to be approved:
