listing/adding pictures

hello, has anyone else been having issues loading pictures?  i can go through all the steps of listing an item,with discriptions.but when i try to load a picture from my computer it won't go to my pictures file.  is this a glitch?,,or is e-bay doing some kind of maintenance  any help or infor oter sellers can provide  will be appreciated.

That sounds like a computer problem not an ebay problem.

Try clearing your cache and cookies.  Shut down your device for a few minutes.  The fire it back up and try again.
