Am I missing something? I've been an ebay seller since about 2001. Some things are easier and some more elusive. I want to list multiple movies at the same price, but let the buyer choose which movie they want to buy. I've seen some info on how to do this, but I haven't been successful at it. Do you need a store to make this happen? I'm confused!!

If they are inexpensive selling items than variation listings works great. However as a buyer, i prefer buying something on its own listing without having to scroll/pick which title i want. If they are worth a decent amount of money, list them separately. IMHO

It's called a variation listing, but that's not what variation listings are for and a lot of sellers abuse variation listings.

As a buyer, I am absolutely not interested in sorting through your haphazard pile of stuff to find what I want. List it separately, or perhaps in a smaller group of 2-3 (buy them all together) but don't make me wade through your collection.
What if I see what I want in your photo, but it is no longer available because somebody else already bought it? Not worth my time. I'll buy from somebody who made the listing I'm looking for.

Same here, I just go right on by those listings.
When I'm looking to buy, I want a listing for the item and a description of the item I'm looking at.

Customers hate variation listings and avoid them like the plague. They are a terrible customer experience, either the variation you want is sold out, insanely priced, or the listing is seeded with a garbage variation to bring the starting price down super low.
I have to be the bearer of bad news, 99 percent of movies on VHS and DVD are now worthless, the charity media sellers have them priced at prices lower than you can ship them out for.
Also, you only have one piece of media listed at the moment, and in search it is defaulting to showing that priority mail shipping that absolutely no one will ever choose and it is burying you further down than you would be if it wasn't an option.
My experience from many 10,000s of orders over the various accounts that I have managed is that only 2 sorts of people pick shipping upgrades, the ones that do it on accident, or the ones who are in a crazy time crunch and have a high chance of returning the item because it didn't show up on time for their event.
